David Caplan and Matthew Caplan Recognized As Top Attorneys Of North America

Both David Caplan and Matthew Caplan were singled out and recognized. Narrowed down to a select few in the 2016-2017 year both of these attorneys were picked for exemplary accomplishments this year and throughout their career. The accomplishments and achievements attained by Mr. David Caplan, in the field of Legal Services, warrants inclusion into the Top Attorneys of North America. David Caplan has thirty-nine years of experience in family law matters, with more than half of those years dedicated solely to the representation of women. He has practiced under the DAWN banner since founding the firm in 1992, filling a niche that would finally help level the playing field between women and men in all family law areas. David received his B.A. from Wayne State University and his J.D. from Detroit College of Law.

The accomplishments and achievements attained by Mr. Matthew Caplan, in the field of Legal Services, warrants inclusion into the Top Attorneys of North America. Matthew Caplan has been practicing exclusively in family law for the past nineteen years. His expertise lies in the areas of divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, spousal support, paternity, post-judgment modifications, high conflict cases, and litigation of large asset estates and complex financial matters. Matthew takes pride in the work he has done bringing justice to the lives of many clients who suffered at the hands of abusive spouses. He enjoys assisting those who need help and relishes the opportunity to help the underdogs of the world stand up for themselves. Mr. Caplan received his J.D. from Wayne State Law School. He is a member of the American Bar Association and Michigan Bar Association.
