May 2025 is packed with events like the Memorial Day Parade, Movement Music Festival, Motor City Comic Con, Plymouth Spring Artisan Market, Northville Farmers Market, and a Day With Thomas. Memorial Day Parade

The Parade is an observance to honor and mourn the US military personnel who have died while serving in the United States Armed Forces. Spectators line the streets in a show of support to remember the fallen.

Movement Music Festival

Enjoy festivals in the heart of Detroit. Right in the heart of the city and named for the late U.S. Sen. Philip A. Hart, this Isamu Noguchi-designed plaza is the site of Detroit’s summer-long riverfront festivals and the Ford Detroit International Jazz Festival.
